Please sign-up for your Basic Infant Class here.  Enrollment is not effective until a 50% deposit is received prior to class start and must be fully paid on the first lesson.  Fill out a separate form for each student.

For FIRST TIME infants and returning infants.
16 Lessons @ 15 minutes; Monday - Thursday for 4 Weeks.

For Returning Infants ONLY who are familiar with Survival Lessons.
8 Lessons @ 15 minutes; Monday - Thursday for 2 Weeks.
